About Us: We are a family-owned company that started back in 2008. In 2013 we opened a branch in Savannah, GA and both have been thriving since. We focus primarily on multi-family work but do dabble into commercial. We have a very tight-knit culture; the team all enjoys spending time outside of work. We have multiple people that have been here over 10 years. We promote within whenever they can.

Job Description: As an Outside Sales Representative specializing in flooring, you will play a crucial role in driving business growth by establishing and cultivating relationships with clients. You will be responsible for promoting and selling our comprehensive range of flooring products to residential and commercial customers. This position requires a self-motivated individual with excellent communication skills and a passion for delivering exceptional customer service.

Responsibilities:

  • Generate new business through prospecting and networking efforts
  • Conduct on-site visits to assess customer needs and provide flooring solutions
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with clients, architects, designers, and contractors
  • Collaborate with the internal sales and support teams to ensure seamless customer experiences
  • Stay updated on industry trends, product knowledge, and competitor offerings
  • Prepare and deliver persuasive sales presentations to potential clients
  • Achieve and exceed sales targets and performance metrics

Qualifications:


  • Proven track record in outside sales, preferably in the flooring industry
  • Knowledge of various types of flooring products and applications
  • Strong negotiation and closing skills
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
  • Self-motivated with a proactive approach to sales
  • Ability to work independently and as part of a team
  • Valid driver's license and reliable transportation
