You’ll work closely with engineers, product managers, and other team stakeholders to bring our vision of accessible, user-centered technology to life. We’re seeking a designer with a strong visual perspective, a passion for leveraging AI, and a drive to create exceptional user experiences in a fast-paced environment. What You’ll Do:
- Create end-to-end design assets, including user flows, wireframes, prototypes, and high-fidelity designs, to effectively communicate product concepts and solutions.
- Apply cohesive visual systems that harmonize your designs within the larger product ecosystem.
- Lead the design process across multiple concurrent projects from concept to launch, ensuring that all products meet our high standards of quality and usability.
- Collaborate with the head of our product team to craft a compelling product vision, establish effective design principles, and foster strong stakeholder relationships.
- Partner closely with cross-functional teams, including product and engineering, to translate business and user needs into impactful design solutions.
Skills and Knowledge You Should Possess:
- 5+ years of professional experience in product design, with a strong portfolio showcasing web and mobile design expertise.
- Exceptional skills in interaction design, visual design, and product thinking, with the ability to produce high-quality, user-centered solutions.
- Proficiency in Figma and Adobe Creative Suite, with strong prototyping abilities and experience conducting user research and usability testing to inform design decisions.
- A future-forward approach, with experience designing AI-based tools or leveraging AI-driven design tools in your workflow.
- Ability to make balanced, thoughtful trade-offs and deliver polished designs on tight deadlines.
- Strong communication and presentation skills, capable of clearly articulating design decisions and collaborating effectively with cross-functional teams.
Bonus Points:
- Experience in graphic or branding design, including creating brand books, presentations, and collateral for emerging brands.
- Knowledge of motion design, animation, and SaaS product design.
- Familiarity with UX design principles for both mobile and desktop experiences.
- Experience with remote or distributed teams.
