Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in the recruitment, screening, and enrollment of study participants.
  • Maintain accurate and detailed records of clinical data, including patient information and study results.
  • Coordinate with clinical staff, physicians, and research coordinators to ensure smooth trial operations.
  • Help prepare, organize, and file study-related documents (informed consent forms, case report forms, etc.).
  • Monitor and report adverse events or protocol deviations to ensure patient safety and study integrity.
  • Schedule participant visits and follow-up appointments.
  • Assist with data entry, management, and analysis as needed.
  • Maintain compliance with institutional and regulatory requirements (IRB, FDA, GCP).
