Join our team as a Lead Server (referred to as our Server Trainer) and play a vital role in delivering exceptional dining experiences to our residents. In this role, you'll serve meals with a friendly and service-oriented approach while training new servers, runners, bussers, utility staff, and catering team members.

How you will make an impact

  • Greet guests promptly as they arrive at their table.
  • Inform guests of daily specials and provide detailed explanations of menu items, including ingredients and cooking methods.
  • Train new servers, runners, bussers, utility staff, and catering team members.
  • Address guest complaints in a positive and professional manner.
  • Ensure that both the front of the house and kitchen adhere to sanitation standards.
  • Complete tasks such as bussing, running, meal plating, and utility and catering duties.
  • This position requires the ability to handle multiple tasks efficiently and with a sense of urgency.

What you will need

  • Previous experience in a FOH supervisory or training role preferred.
  • Flexible schedule required, including weekends and holidays
  • Experience in a kitchen/service environment preferred
  • Be able to lift and/or move objects weighing up to 25 pounds
  • Ability to work in extreme temperatures including hot kitchen to refrigerators and freezers
