Medication is not tracked electronically - Ratios: "RN's: 1:40 on Day shift ; RN is responsible for overseeing the nurse aides on shift, as well LPN's: 1:40 on days evening nights CNA's:days 5, evening 4 nights 2-3 " - Required Certifications Licensure,: BLS; CNA are not required to be certified, but it's preferred - Common diagnosis / Types of patients: Predominantly memory care, dementia, Alzheimer's - Job Duties:: State Dependent by regulation.
