Job Summary:

We are seeking an experienced Technical Analyst to support and implement Charles River Development (CRD) SaaS solutions. The role involves providing technical support for CRD SaaS implementations, configuring the CRD front-end, and ensuring seamless integration with other financial systems. The ideal candidate will possess strong analytical skills, a solid understanding of the Charles River platform, and the ability to troubleshoot and resolve issues in a fast-paced environment.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Provide technical support for Charles River Development (CRD) SaaS implementations, ensuring successful integration and configuration.
  • Configure and customize the CRD front-end based on business requirements and user needs.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to CRD platform functionality, ensuring minimal disruption to operations.
  • Work closely with cross-functional teams to ensure smooth implementation and user adoption of CRD SaaS solutions.
  • Conduct system testing, validation, and documentation of configuration changes.
  • Collaborate with stakeholders to gather and analyze business requirements, translating them into technical specifications.
  • Assist in training users on CRD platform features and functionalities.
  • Monitor system performance, identify potential issues, and provide solutions to improve platform efficiency.


Qualifications:

  • 3-7 years of experience as a Technical Analyst, with a focus on Charles River Development (CRD) platform.
  • Strong understanding of CRD SaaS implementations and its integration with financial systems.
  • Ability to troubleshoot and resolve complex issues related to the CRD platform.
  • Experience in configuring and customizing CRD front-end according to business needs.
  • Strong analytical skills and attention to detail.
  • Ability to collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure successful implementation.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
  • Experience in system testing, validation, and documentation of configuration changes.
  • Knowledge of financial systems and business requirements gathering.
  • Experience with user training and support.
