The Transformation team is focused on contemporizing today’s business processes with sustainable digital solutions, thus enabling strategic process transformation. This organization is responsible for partnering with our Digital Technology (DT) organization to drive internal transformation. This includes designing and deploying a broad set of business and manufacturing capabilities including new enterprise resource planning (ERP) and manufacturing operations management (MOM) solutions and associated integrations. This position is responsible for providing strategic data management leadership and stewardship of data related processes. The Data Management specialist will partner closely with the Enterprise Data Architect, Lean Leadership teams, business functional leaders, and digital technology teams to implement and drive improved data quality, data integrity, and data governance, putting in place data quality metrics, training programs, and creation of a centralized data management cross functional process. This includes implementation of data policies and best practices aimed at achieving the required level of consistency, accuracy, validity, and completeness of enterprise information, including deploying metrics and KPIs around business processes. You will ensure that data is managed and measured as an asset for ongoing success. In this role, you will lead engagement with functional data and process owners to map, classify, and manage data that will shape the overall Transformation strategy to meet stringent security requirements and operational objectives. Working with the DT data architect, you will support the creation of an enterprise data model that identifies data sources, data uses and classification levels to guide both architecture design, integration, and MBE strategies. The Leader of Enterprise Data Management will further develop and execute a strategy for measuring business performance against key business metrics. You will support the organization to execute evolving data management needs, including the development of the data analytics strategy.
