🔍 Are you a cybersecurity professional with a passion for securing identities in a global organization? We're looking for an IAM Security Analyst to join our team and play a pivotal role in safeguarding our Active Directory environment through Microsoft RAP as a Service.


What You’ll Do:

  • Security Monitoring & Threat Detection: Implement and manage security monitoring using RAP as a Service for Active Directory, with a focus on real-time threat detection and response.
  • Compliance & Assessments: Conduct ongoing security assessments and audits to ensure compliance with global IAM policies and industry regulations.
  • Incident Analysis & Response: Analyze security incidents, craft response strategies, and collaborate with global teams to mitigate potential risks.
  • Lifecycle Management: Partner with IT and HR teams to identify inactive accounts and improve identity lifecycle processes across the organization.

What You Bring:

  • Educational Background: Bachelor’s degree in Cybersecurity, Information Technology, or a related field.
  • Professional Experience: 5+ years in security analysis, with specific expertise in Identity & Access Management (IAM) and global security frameworks.
  • Technical Proficiency: Hands-on experience with Microsoft RAP, Entra ID, and security auditing tools.
  • Regulatory Knowledge: Strong understanding of NIST standards, threat analysis, and incident response practices.
  • Attention to Detail: Excellent analytical skills with the ability to work effectively in a high-pressure, global environment.
  • Certifications (preferred): CompTIA Security+, Certified Ethical Hacker (CEH), or CISSP.
