The position leads the development of short and long-term strategies, goals, objectives, and plans and interacts with a high level of expertise in their areas of responsibility. They are responsible for the adherence to the Regional, Business Unit and functional budgets and vitals measurements. The position provides administrative oversight and direction to departmental leaders within their assigned Business Unit or functional area.
