Streamline is revolutionizing the commercial real estate industry by transforming how off-market data is captured, processed, and utilized. Our mission is to map the off-market sector and connect buyers and sellers efficiently through our CRM matching platform, that's on it's way to becoming a digital brokerage marketplace. This cutting-edge technology enables us to aggregate and analyze market data to create exclusive opportunities for clients, significantly improving deal discovery and execution.


Having achieved substantial traction, with our first off-market deal in contract (projected revenue of $30,000 in January), Streamline is now in scaling mode. With a team of nearly 20, we’re preparing for exponential growth.


Description of role:

As a Data Analyst, you’ll be responsible for accessing, acquiring, and administrating property-ownership data from counties across the United States. This includes researching a list of counties, finding available property records, and possibly dialoging with municipalities when necessary to obtain additional information.


Required skills*

Python, SQL, and Linux. (Nice to have: AWS, javascript/typescript, Golang, and React)

Accessing publicly-sourced data


Qualifications

  • Bachelor's or Master's degree in Computer Science, Data Science, or a related background
  • 5+ years of demonstrated ability as an analyst or engineer in the data/BI space
  • Experience with key commercial and residential real estate data assets such as ownership, listings, occupancy, spatial / geolocation, transactions, and other secondary data is appreciated.
  • Driven, self-starter capable of working independently with minimal guidance in a startup environment.
  • Hands-on experience with database administration and all aspects of data management including ingestion, modeling, warehousing, ETL, and quality assurance
  • Data analysis, visualization, and automation expert.
  • 8+ years in web scraping and data extraction
  • Strong expertise in Python and web scraping frameworks (Beautiful Soup, Scrapy, Selenium)
  • Proficient with complex HTML structures, data parsing, and handling CAPTCHAs and anti-bot measures
  • Comfortable in Linux environments; AWS experience preferred
  • Expertise in Python, SQL, and Linux. Nice to have: AWS, javascript/typescript, Golang, and React.
  • Team player with superb communication, interpersonal, and relationship-building skills.

Compensation:

Salary: $150,000+ post-funding (Once we reach funding/revenue targets)

Pay structure directly correlated with the amount of funds raised and performance

Equity vesting and bonuses


Please note:

This is a start-up, we just reached substantial traction and started scaling. Initial compensation will be through vested-equity only for the first few months. As we become more profitable and raise funds, we will strive to begin offering an increasing partial-salary until full-salary can be provided.


Our valuation is projected to be at 10M and we're now aiming for the 50M target by end of 2025 based on current traction, investor insights, profitability outlook, and such factors. Typical vesting schedule for this role is 1% vested over a 10 month period (0.1% per month) with the initial 0.2% vested after 2 months, and continues monthly thereafter. The equity will be vested into our Houston-Galveston Regional office in Texas, which aligns incentives with the local data focus of this role. Our data department is an instrumental part of our operations and will continue growing substantially in line with the sales department. This offers substantial opportunities to quickly move up in the organization.
