Key Responsibilities:

  • Contract Review and Drafting (75%): Focus on reviewing, drafting, and managing contracts with minimal litigation work. True litigators may not find this role satisfying.
  • Transactional Expertise: Work with contract templates to develop and adapt agreements, typically modifying rather than creating contracts from scratch.
  • Industry Representation: Represent the organization's interests in environmental and construction-related contracts, ensuring compliance with industry standards.

Ideal Candidate Profile:

  • Experience in contract law with a transactional focus.
  • Ability to work a flexible schedule, adapting to the needs of a fast-paced environment.
  • Mid-level experience preferred; overqualified candidates may not find the role suitable.
