I'm currently working with a pioneering and growing HealthTech company based in Miami, FL who are looking to recruit a Corporate Counsel.


This is a short-to-medium length contract role.


The preference is for hybrid working but remote workers with the right experience will also be considered.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Draft, review, and negotiate MSAs, SOWs, and data privacy agreements.
  • Advise on contract terms to ensure legal and business objectives are met.
  • Collaborate with internal teams and external clients to address contract-related issues.
  • Ensure compliance with data privacy regulations.


Qualifications:

  • Juris Doctor (JD) or equivalent legal qualification. The ideal candidate will have around 3 to 5 years of legal experience.
  • Experience with commercial agreements, including MSAs, SOWs, and data privacy.
  • Strong understanding of data privacy laws and regulations (e.g., GDPR, CCPA).
  • Excellent communication and negotiation skills.
