Job Title: Territory Manager - Advanced Endoscopic Technologies
Location: Tampa , FL
Overview:
As a Territory Manager, you will offer a comprehensive range of products and solutions in the Gastroenterology market, focusing on both capital and disposable products sold across hospitals and surgery centers. You will play a pivotal role in driving sales by leveraging your strategic and clinical selling skills to meet your customer's needs, establishing yourself as the key resource for your accounts.
What You'll Bring:
- Bachelor's degree with 2 years of outside sales experience (Medical Device preferred), or
- 6+ years of outside sales, surgical tech, or related clinical experience,
- Currently employed as an Associate Sales Representative (if applicable).
- This position is not eligible for sponsorship.
Responsibilities:
- Sell and promote a wide array of products in the Gastroenterology field.
- Utilize both strategic and clinical selling skills to drive product adoption.
- Build strong relationships with customers and serve as their primary point of contact.
- Continuously grow your knowledge of products and market trends.
- Travel 20-30% to meet customer needs.
Requirements:
- Access to customer accounts as part of job duties (vaccination requirements, including COVID-19, may apply).
- Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to thrive in a competitive sales environment.
Compensation:
The annual salary for this position is $45k, plus commission, based on qualifications and experience.
