JOIN THE MANPOWER TEAM

The Onsite Manager in Loveland, Colorado is primarily responsible for effectively meeting the temporary help and/or training needs of a major Manpower client. Specifically, the individual in this position: 1) delivers high quality service to the client and associates 2) develops and retains business by providing outstanding customer service, and 3) is responsible for the overall profitability and management of the account. Additionally, the Onsite Manager may be responsible for managing Onsite Supervisors and Onsite Staffing Specialists.



HOW YOU’LL MAKE A DIFFERENCE AND GAIN EXPERIENCE:


• Manage the associate staffing needs of the client utilizing Manpower's Corporate Service Standard, including the Quality Performance Program, for all services rendered

• Customize/enhance and manage recruiting, training, recognition, and retention programs to ensure optimum customer service

• Implement and manage the orientation program for associates which incorporates client policies

• Monitor and address personnel issues and concerns quickly and effectively

• Counsel employees to more effectively meet productivity and quality goals

• Manage staffing projections of the client

• Develop and manage subcontractor program, if necessary, to meet client staffing needs

• Reconcile invoices to ensure accuracy in preparation for final approval and payment processing

• Provide liaison services regarding invoice issues between Manpower HQ invoicing support and the client

• Monitor profitability of the account

• Manage monthly reports based on Quality Performance results or other determined criteria

• Supervise the performance of the Onsite Supervisor or Onsite Staffing Specialist if applicable

• Perform duties of the Onsite Supervisor or Onsite Staffing Specialist when necessary

• Attend daily shift/line meetings, as appropriate

• Meeting with the client management weekly to review current status of orders and current/future client needs

• Work with the recruiting team to share and plan recruiting strategies

• Strategize with your manager regarding current status and growth strategies of the account



Qualifications

WHAT YOU’LL BRING:


• Bachelor’s Degree or equivalency of education and work experience

• Successful prior experience as Branch Supervisor or Manager is preferred, but individuals with 3-5 years previous management or appropriate business experience are acceptable

• Previous experience in sales, human resources, or a service industry required

• Team player who is highly service oriented, independent, patient, flexible, and calm under pressure

• Must enjoy a fast paced work environment and possess strong communication skills

• Proficient PC skills and the ability to navigate within the Manpower systems

• Ability to communicate effectively with others

• Ability to analyze and evaluate people, data, and things (e.g., work related materials and equipment) to determine courses of action

• Ability to shift back and forth between two or more tasks without losing composure and compromising productivity

• Ability to influence the opinions or decisions of others (e.g., clients and associates)

• Ability to effectively and tactfully deal with people

• Ability to understand and accurately apply basic math skills

• Ability to remember information (e.g., policies, procedures) or find it as needed.

• Ability to access areas where needed people, information or equipment are located

• Ability to arrange things in a certain order (e.g., alphabetical, numeric)

• Ability to make competent use of work related equipment and materials
