Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop detailed structural designs and drawings for wood structures, including framing plans, elevations, and connection details.
  • Collaborate with architects, engineers, and construction teams to develop efficient and cost-effective structural solutions.
  • Perform structural analysis and calculations to ensure the safety and stability of wood structures.
  • Review and interpret architectural and engineering drawings and specifications.
  • Ensure designs comply with all relevant building codes, regulations, and standards.
  • Conduct site visits to assess project progress and ensure compliance with design intent.
  • Assist in the preparation of project documentation, including reports, calculations, and construction specifications.


Qualifications:
