Job Summary:
The Infiniti Sales Manager/Finance Manager at Mills Auto Group will play a key role in driving sales and ensuring customer satisfaction for the Infiniti brand. This individual will be responsible for managing the entire sales process from prospecting and customer acquisition to financing and delivery. The ideal candidate will have a strong background in automotive sales and finance, a proven track record of success, and excellent communication and customer service skills. This is a full-time, individual contributor role located in Charlotte, North Carolina.

Compensation & Benefits:
The Infiniti Sales Manager/Finance Manager will receive a competitive salary based on their experience and performance. Responsibilities:
- Serve as the main point of contact for potential Infiniti customers, responding to inquiries and providing information about vehicles, promotions, and pricing.
- Conduct sales calls and meet with customers to understand their needs and interests, and determine the best vehicle options for them.
- Assist customers with financing options, explaining payment plans, credit applications, and leasing options.
- Oversee the completion of all sales paperwork and ensure it is accurate and compliant with company and regulatory standards.
- Utilize various sales techniques to negotiate and close deals, ensuring customer satisfaction throughout the process.
- Collaborate with the dealership's finance department to secure financing for customers and ensure all necessary documentation is completed.
- Work closely with the service department to ensure timely delivery of vehicles and resolve any customer concerns or issues.
- Stay up-to-date on the latest Infiniti models, features, and competitive offerings to effectively promote and sell to customers.

Requirements:
- Bachelor's degree or equivalent experience in automotive sales or finance.
- Minimum of 3 years of experience in automotive sales and finance.
- Proven track record of success in meeting and exceeding sales goals.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Strong understanding of finance and lending principles.
- Familiarity with automotive sales software, such as Reynolds and Reynolds, is preferred.
- Must have a valid driver's license and be able to pass a background check and drug screening.
