180US is looking for an experienced Project Manager to join our team and run a high profile account. This role will also encompass some Executive Assistant (to the CCO) duties for the remainder of the year, but those will be removed once a full-time EA is hired at the top of 2025.


Key PM Responsibilities:

  • Collaborate with account leadership and cross-functional teams, including designers, art directors, copywriters, and strategists to deliver high-quality work that meets the needs of our clients.
  • Create and manage project timelines and resource plans, ensuring that they are updated and communicated regularly to all relevant stakeholders.
  • Track the progress of creative campaigns, ensuring deadlines are met and key stakeholders are aligned on project status and expectations.
  • Manage project timelines, budgets, and resources for CCO-sponsored initiatives, from concept development to final delivery. Yes, we’re talking holiday parties and happy hours.
  • Identify and mitigate project risks and issues, proactively seeking solutions and working with relevant stakeholders to ensure timely resolution.
  • Support the CCO in client-facing presentations, coordinating rehearsals, organizing creative assets, and managing feedback loops.
  • Support and facilitate recruitment, organize profile/portfolio reviews and coordinate interviews.


Key EA Responsibilities:

  • Serve as the primary point of contact for the CCO, managing all internal and external communications, and acting as a trusted liaison between the CCO and clients, creative teams, and senior leadership.
  • Maintain the CCO’s complex calendar, coordinating high-level meetings, global travel arrangements, expenses and client-facing engagements across multiple time zones.
  • Anticipate the CCO’s needs and proactively handle a variety of tasks and follow-up actions, enabling the CCO to focus on creative leadership.
  • Review and manage correspondences on behalf of the CCO to help keep conversations focused and prioritized.
  • Manage CCO timesheets on a weekly basis and communicate accordingly with Account team.
  • Handle confidential and sensitive information with the utmost discretion, particularly related to high-profile clients and campaigns.


Qualifications:

  • Entrepreneurial mindset. Self-starter who really wants to make an impact.
  • Creative agency project management experience (4+ years).
  • Experience with calendar management and a solid understanding of project management best practices. Experience with project management tools (Asana, Trello, Monday.com) is a plus.
  • Exceptional communication skills.
  • Ability to manage multiple, high-stakes projects simultaneously, with keen attention to detail and deadlines.
  • Proven ability to work collaboratively with creative teams and clients, providing high-level support in a fast-paced, deadline-driven environment.
  • Previous EA experience is a HUGE bonus.


Key Competencies:

  • Representing the CCO: Be the velvet-hammer. In this role you need the ability to be kind but firm as you help prioritize conflicting meeting requests, calendar invites and impromptu drop ins.
  • Organization: Masterful multitasker who can manage complex schedules and overlapping creative projects without missing a beat.
  • Communication: Able to convey ideas, project updates, and communications with clarity, creativity and kindness.
  • Problem Solving: Proactive in identifying potential issues, solving problems quickly, and keeping the creative process moving forward.
  • Collaboration: A team player who thrives in a creative environment, able to bridge communication between creative team, account leads, clients and the CCO.
