Your key responsibilitiesYou'll contribute to the delivery of solutions and processes, manage your workload to meet targets, and engage with clients to provide exceptional service. Your role will also involve supporting sales growth and solution development, including responding to RFPs. Expect to be an integral part of a team that values collaboration and innovation.
As an AEM Developer you will be responsible for designing, developing, and implementing high-quality solutions within the Adobe Experience Manager platform. You will collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional digital experiences, ensuring optimal performance, scalability, and usability. Typical responsibilities include gathering enterprise content management requirements, developing AEM components, configuring AEM workflows, implementing CMS solutions, and integrating AEM with other products. Additionally, you are expected to contribute to the continuous improvement of the Adobe practice with new accelerators, development processes and stay updated with the latest AEM features and best practices.

- Proficiency in agile delivery, application development, and system integration
- A Bachelor’s degree in a relevant field such as Computer Science, IT, Computer Engineering, MIS, Mathematics or related field, with 0-2 years of experience in technology integration or a related field
- 1 - 2 years of relevant experience, including professional experience in programming and software development in Java
- 2 years of professional, technical experience with Adobe Experience Manager (AEM) ideally including end-to-end implementations of AEM 6.3 or later
- Strong working knowledge of AEM applications using AEM Components and Templates (including core components and editable templates), Workflows, Taxonomy, Metadata Management, Replication Strategies, Content Authoring, Versioning, and Publishing Pages, Tagging, JCR/CRX Repository Concepts Nodes, and Properties
- Experience in jQuery, JavaScript, HTML 5, and CSS
- Experience in CI/CD tools like Maven and Jenkins
- Experience in Code Quality tools
- Experience with PDF and HTML static and dynamic form design using AEM Form Designer software
- Strong background in scalability and automation
- Ability to think critically about problems and arrive at a practical solution with a sound architectural foundation
- End-to-end knowledge of the web application space including web server configuration, tuning, proxies, and load balancing
- An understanding of general system administration in Unix/Linux environments, network security, database administration and tuning, and Apache web server configuration, 3rd party services and API configuration and integration

What we offerWe offer a comprehensive compensation and benefits package where you’ll be rewarded based on your performance and recognized for the value you bring to the business. The base salary range for this job in all geographic locations in the US is $75,800 to $125,000. The salary range for New York City Metro Area, Washington State and California (excluding Sacramento) is $90,900 to $142,000. Individual salaries within those ranges are determined through a wide variety of factors including but not limited to education, experience, knowledge, skills and geography. In addition, our Total Rewards package includes medical and dental coverage, pension and 401(k) plans, and a wide range of paid time off options. Join us in our team-led and leader-enabled hybrid model. Our expectation is for most people in external, client serving roles to work together in person 40-60% of the time over the course of an engagement, project or year. Under our flexible vacation policy, you’ll decide how much vacation time you need based on your own personal circumstances. You’ll also be granted time off for designated EY Paid Holidays, Winter/Summer breaks, Personal/Family Care, and other leaves of absence when needed to support your physical, financial, and emotional well-being.
