  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work closely with operations, customer support, and IT teams to ensure compliance measures are integrated into platform development, transaction processes, and user interactions.
  • Audit and Reporting: Support internal audits for existing clients and compliance processes, ensuring readiness for regulatory audits and assessments. Oversee and manage SAR filings and contribute to auditing efforts with a strong understanding of MSB (Money Services Business) requirements.

Qualifications:

  • Experience: Minimum 3 years of BSA/AML/OFAC-related experience in the financial services industry, including financial crime investigations, regulatory monitoring, and audit experience. MSB experience preferred.
  • Education: High school diploma or equivalent (bachelor’s degree preferred); CAM certification is highly desired.
  • Skills: Proficiency with MS Office, especially Excel, and adaptability to various compliance-related programs (e.g., transaction monitoring software, databases, identity verification software). Strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and professionalism.
  • Communication: Exceptional written, verbal, and interpersonal communication skills, suitable for training and policy interpretation.

Preferred Qualifications: Experience in money transfer (MSB/MTL), fintech, or regulatory settings, as well as familiarity with management reporting and presentations. SQL experience is a plus.
