Position Overview:

We are searching for a passionate Nurse Practitioner to join our dynamic care team. This role requires a professional who is comfortable with virtual evaluations and treatments, ensuring our patients receive top-notch evaluation and management services without leaving their homes. BreatheSuite Nurse Practitioners utilize their clinical expertise and knowledge of best practices in pulmonary conditions and knowledge of restorative and preventative rehabilitation to evaluate and treat patients across the spectrum of lung conditions.

As a Nurse Practitioner at BreatheSuite, you will get to practice entirely via telehealth delivering 1:1, personalized care. We take pride in delivering well-rounded care to our patients and foster a multi-disciplinary approach to patient care alongside our Physical Therapists, Respiratory Therapists and our referring providers. Responsibilities:

  • Conduct comprehensive patient evaluations, including history, physical examination, and diagnostic testing
  • Evaluate and treat patients with a variety of cardiopulmonary diseases
  • Develop and implement comprehensive care plans for patients in combination with our respiratory therapy team
  • Provide comprehensive care management, including patient education and chronic disease management
  • Collaborate with referring physicians, physical therapists and respiratory therapists to ensure coordinated care
  • Maintain accurate patient records
Required Qualifications:
  • Current certification as a Nurse Practitioner (NP)
  • Valid Arizona license to practice medicine and DEA license
  • Strong clinical skills and knowledge of primary care medicine. Strong knowledge of cardiopulmonary patients and/or background in geriatrics considered an asset
  • Ability to delegate and provide general supervision to other healthcare practitioners on the BreatheSuite team
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
