Job Description:

Join our Digital Workplace team as a Collaboration Engineer, where you'll focus on securing and configuring our O365 and Box environments. You'll collaborate with various teams and support our digital collaboration tools.

Responsibilities:

  • Support and manage O365 (SharePoint, OneDrive) and Box environments.
  • Provide tier III support for tools like Intranet, SharePoint, Zoom, Slack, MS Teams, and Mural.
  • Build relationships with business partners to promote collaboration tools.
  • Gather requirements from stakeholders and translate them into technical solutions.
  • Collaborate with technical teams to design strategies that meet business needs.
  • Create technical documentation for support teams and users.
  • Research and evaluate new collaboration tools and technologies.

Required Skills and Experience:

  • Strong knowledge of Microsoft O365 applications and cloud solutions.
  • Experience implementing and supporting Microsoft cloud solutions, including Microsoft 365 Copilot.
  • Excellent communication skills for resolving complex issues.
  • Admin experience with Box enterprise environments, including user management and security.
  • Experience troubleshooting and using ServiceNow for ticket analysis.
  • Ability to lead project implementations and design solutions.
  • Bachelor's degree in Computer Science or related field, or equivalent experience.
  • Experience communicating with both technical and non-technical audiences.
  • Strong independent working skills and proficiency in creating technical documents.
