Outside Sales Representative

DescriptionField Sales Associate closes sales through face-to-face interaction with customers based within assigned sales territories.ResponsibilitiesMake a significant positive impact on sales and improving the consumer buying experienceMaintain a comprehensive working knowledge of all client products & services (subject matter expert) to educate in-store personnel through effective sales training including demonstrations, role play and side-by-side sellingBuild strong professional relationships with all in-store personnel and client vendors/partnersExpand brand presence through effective and creative merchandising, maintain brand image and planogram compliance at defined locationsIdentify sales barriers/challenges – problem solve at store level and elevate unresolved issues through proper channelsGather and report on competitive intelligence including, but not limited to: sales tactics, price moves, promotions, new products, merchandising materials, compensation and store supportSell-in additional brands at existing locations and grow distribution through new business developmentComplete call reports, administrative tasks, and on-going personal training accurately and in a timely manner, meeting all deadlinesOther duties as assignedQualificationsEducation and Work ExperienceHigh School Diploma or equivalent/GEDBachelor’s degree preferred.Related work experience may be substituted for some educational requirements.Knowledge, Skills and AbilitiesStrong written, oral and interpersonal communication skills – effective in one-on-one and group settings;Works well independently as a motivated, energetic and enthusiastic team playerPersuasive, outgoing, friendly, confident – relationship builderMeticulous attentional to detail and follow upConducts business with integrity and maintains strong business ethicsAbility to travel within defined territory.Physical AbilitiesSeeingAbility to TravelColor PerceptionListeningAbout UsAcosta, and its subsidiaries, is an Equal Opportunity EmployerJob Category: RetailPosition Type: Full timeBusiness Unit: SalesSalary Range: $50,000.00 - $55,000.00Company: Acosta Employee Holdco LLCReq ID: 18421 #J-18808-Ljbffr
