This role partners closely with executive leadership and works cross-functionally to translate financial and operational data into actionable insights that drive growth and profitability.ResponsibilitiesOversee day-to-day accounting operations across multiple entities, including general ledger, AP, close process, and financial controlsPartner closely with billing and payroll teams to ensure accuracy, timeliness, and alignment across core financial processesLead cash management, liquidity planning, and oversight of loans and debt structuresOwn financial strategy, budgeting, forecasting, and FP&A across the organizationServe as a strategic partner to executive leadership on company-wide planning and decision-makingAnalyze financial and operational trends across markets, including cost structures, margins, payer mix, client acquisition, retention, and churnAnalyze patient and therapist hours to assess productivity, utilization, and profitability by marketDevelop clear financial reporting and insights to support scalable growth and performance optimizationRequirementsStrong fundamental accounting and finance background with senior-level leadership experienceDemonstrated experience overseeing accounting operations, AP, close, and multi-entity financial structuresSignificant experience in private accounting environments with broad oversight and hands-on ownership strongly preferredHealthcare and behavioral health experience preferredAnalytical, strategic mindset with experience in FP&A, financial modeling, and strategic financial analysis preferredExcellent communication skills with the ability to present clearly to executive leadership and work effectively across departmentsProven leadership ability with a strong sense of urgency and ownershipSelf-starter and problem solver who takes initiative and thrives in a fast-paced environment #J-18808-Ljbffr
