Job Title: Business Analyst (with P&C Insurance domain experience)


Work Location: Dallas, TX (Hybrid – Onsite)


Required Experience: 05+ years


Technical Skills Primary:

  • Data collection and organization Data analysis and interpretation
  • Requirements gathering and documentation
  • Data visualization and reporting Data quality assurance
  • Predictive analysis and modeling Business process improvement Documentation and communication
  • Primary Problem solving and decision making


Technical Skills Secondary Nice to have NOT MANDATORY:

  • Knowledge of Azure Dashboard


Soft Skills:

  • Excellent problem-solving skills and attention to detail
  • Strong written and oral communication skills
  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced environment
  • Strong ability to work with client stakeholders
