Position Overview: As a Procurement Specialist you will be responsible for overseeing the procurement process to ensure timely and cost-effective acquisition of goods and services. Key Responsibilities:

  • Develop and implement procurement strategies aligned with company goals as a Procurement Specialist.
  • Source and evaluate suppliers, negotiate terms, and manage supplier relationships.
  • Process purchase orders and manage inventory to ensure optimal stock levels.
  • Monitor market trends and analyze pricing to identify cost-saving opportunities.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies and industry regulations.
  • Prepare and present reports on procurement activities and performance.

Qualifications:

  • Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Supply Chain Management, or related field.
  • Minimum of 3 years of experience as a Procurement Specialist or in a similar role.
  • Strong negotiation and analytical skills.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal abilities.
  • Knowledge of industry regulations and best practices.
