Avera Medical Group Endocrinology & Diabetes Sioux Falls is seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for delivering high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve exceptional patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide professional RN nursing care to patients, adhering to the ANA Standards of Clinical Nursing Practice.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement individualized patient care plans.
- Conduct thorough assessments, identify patient needs, and develop effective care strategies.
- Administer medications, treatments, and other interventions as prescribed by physicians.
- Monitor patient progress, report changes, and adjust care plans as needed.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of Multi-state licensure.
- Ability to work a Monday, Wednesday through Friday schedule with 64 hours every two weeks.
- A competitive hourly rate of $39.25 per hour, dependent on experience.
