Job Title: Maintenance Supervisor

Salary: 80k-90k + bonus

Shift: 5pm - 1:30am
Position Overview
The Maintenance Supervisor is responsible for overseeing the maintenance operations of the facility, ensuring all equipment and systems are functioning optimally. This role involves managing a team of technicians, implementing preventative maintenance programs, and leading initiatives to improve maintenance processes.
Key Responsibilities
  • Supervise and coordinate the daily maintenance activities of the team.
  • Conduct regular inspections of equipment and systems to ensure they meet safety and operational standards.
  • Develop and implement preventative maintenance plans and schedules.
  • Manage maintenance budgets and ensure effective use of resources.
  • Provide leadership and training to maintenance staff to enhance their skills and performance.
  • Troubleshoot and resolve equipment failures and maintenance issues in a timely manner.
  • Maintain accurate records of maintenance activities and report on performance metrics.
  • Collaborate with other departments to ensure minimal disruption to operations during maintenance activities.
Qualifications
  • Proven experience as a Maintenance Supervisor or similar role in an industrial environment.
  • Strong knowledge of boilers, electrical systems, PLC applications, and ammonia refrigeration.
  • Experience with maintenance management software and tools.
  • Excellent leadership and team management skills.
  • Ability to develop and implement effective maintenance plans and strategies.
  • Strong problem-solving skills and attention to detail.
  • Relevant certifications in maintenance management or engineering are a plus.
