MRM Salt Lake City is looking for an Associate Creative Director, Copy who specializes in cutting-edge, forward thinking work and marketing solutions for globally recognized brands. You’ve honed your creative talents for concepting and copywriting, priding yourself on your problem-solving skills and prowess for presenting. While you consider yourself a brand steward, you strive—and proactively seek—opportunities for innovation and creative excellence.


Responsibilities

  • Generate strategically-sound ideas that elevate the brand
  • Produce work for a range of online and offline mediums—TV, print, websites, flash banners, landing pages, emails, social media and mobile
  • Set the tone and mood for compelling storytelling
  • Stay current on existing, new and emerging digital technology
  • Present work internally and to clients
  • Manage and develop direct reports
  • Mentor other creatives in the department
  • Ensure all work is on-brand and on-strategy
  • Coordinate resources to meet deadlines
  • Be a part of new business pitches


Requirements

  • 8+ years of copywriting experience within an ad agency
  • Must have experience working on accounts in the financial service sector
  • A polished portfolio of your work
  • Innovative creative vision
  • Strong presentation skills
  • Experience in InDesign, Illustrator and Photoshop
  • Ability to nurture, mentor and manage
