Our client, a prestigious medical center, is seeking a Manager of Enterprise Analytics with healthcare industry experience to lead strategic initiatives, oversee data processes, and drive data-informed decisions. This role is ideal for candidates with a healthcare background and significant experience in enterprise data analytics.


Responsibilities:

  • Align departmental initiatives with organizational goals.
  • Lead and mentor teams in data collection, processing, modeling, and analysis.
  • Oversee analytics requests, prioritization, and resource management.
  • Collaborate with executive leadership to support data-driven decisions.
  • Manage relationships with internal and external stakeholders, ensuring compliance with standards like HIPAA.
  • Oversee analytics tools, platforms, and system health, including root cause analysis and maintenance.
  • Drive adoption of analytics tools across the organization and train user groups.
  • Provide executive summaries, updates, and insights to leadership.
  • Promote professional development and ensure adherence to organizational policies and standards.


Qualifications:

  • Education: Bachelor’s Degree in Information Systems, Computer Science, Data Science Analytics, Business Analytics, or equivalent experience required.
  • Experience:
  • 7+ years working with enterprise data analytics.
  • 5+ years in a leadership role managing analytics teams.
  • Proficiency in business intelligence and analytics tools (e.g., Tableau, PowerBI, SQL, R, Python).
  • Must have a healthcare background.
  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills are essential.
  • Strong interpersonal, organizational, and time management skills.
  • Results-driven with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced environment.
