About the Role

BuDhaGirl is seeking a detail-oriented Order Fulfillment Specialist to join our team. With over 500 retail partners across the United States and internationally, BuDhaGirl is growing rapidly, and we need someone excited to contribute to our dynamic order fulfillment team.


This position is responsible for preparing products and fulfilling orders (including pulling, packing, and shipping) for both direct-to-customer and wholesale channels. We value high attention to detail and require someone capable of handling repetitive tasks precisely.


Day to Day Responsibilities

  • Prepare and fulfill direct-to-customer and wholesale orders, ensuring accuracy and quality.
  • Perform product preparation tasks, including packing and quality control checks.
  • Maintain organized inventory and support efficient stock management.
  • Collaborate with team members to achieve order fulfillment goals.
  • Demonstrate initiative and strong communication skills to ensure smooth workflow.
  • Work autonomously and maintain productivity in a fast-paced environment.

Qualifications

  • Previous experience in inventory and order fulfillment (retail experience preferred).
  • High attention to detail and the ability to perform repetitive tasks with accuracy.
  • A team-oriented mindset with excellent communication skills.
  • Proficiency in English; Spanish proficiency is a plus.
  • Degree not required; relevant experience is highly valued.
  • Must be able to work the day shift
  • Must be able to work on-site Monday - Friday

Compensation and Benefits

  • Pay range: $13.46 - $15.86 per hour
  • Full-time position with a consistent Monday to Friday schedule (8-hour shifts).
