Social Service Case Manager at KVC Health Systems summary:

KVC Kansas is seeking a Social Service Case Manager to provide in-home services aimed at family reunification for children and families. The role involves leading case planning conferences, accurate documentation, and potential court testimony, coupled with a hybrid work schedule that includes travel and evening/weekend hours. Ideal candidates will hold a Bachelor's degree in Social Services and have experience with children and families, all while benefiting from a supportive work environment and comprehensive benefits.

Overview: KVC Kansas is seeking a Case Manager to provide direct, in-home services to children and families, with the goal of family reunification. $2000 Sign-on Bonus for external applicants  

Position Details:

  • Hybrid Schedule (varies based on client needs)
  • Evening, weekend work, and significant travel required
  • $2000 Sign-on Bonus for external applicants

Responsibilities:

  • Provide services to help reunite children with their families
  • Lead case planning conferences using a strengths-based approach
  • Maintain accurate documentation and testify in court when necessary

Requirements:

  • Bachelor's degree in Social Services or related field
  • Valid driver's license and auto insurance
  • Experience with children and families preferred
