Key Responsibilities- Provide patient-centered care, prioritizing the needs of patients and their families.
- Collaborate with interdisciplinary teams to develop and implement individualized care plans.
- Monitor and manage patient conditions, administering medications and treatments as needed.
- Communicate effectively with patients, families, and healthcare teams to ensure seamless care transitions.
- Graduate from a CCNE or NLN accredited nursing program.
- Licensed as a Registered Nurse in the State of South Dakota and/or meeting the requirements of multi-state licensure.
- Certification in specialty preferred.
- Strong critical thinking and problem-solving skills, with the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
