Job SummaryWe are seeking a skilled Registered Nurse to join our team at Avera Marshall Regional Medical Center. As a Registered Nurse, you will be responsible for providing high-quality patient care and working collaboratively with our multidisciplinary team to achieve excellent patient outcomes.
Key Responsibilities- Provide direct patient care and develop individualized care plans to meet the unique needs of each patient.
- Collaborate with other healthcare professionals to ensure seamless care coordination and communication.
- Participate in quality improvement initiatives to enhance patient care and safety.
- Contribute to a positive and supportive work environment that promotes teamwork and professional growth.
- Graduate of an accredited school of nursing with a current RN license in the State of Minnesota.
- Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification required within 3 months of hire.
- Nephrology certification preferred.
- Two years of experience in dialysis, med/surg, CCU, or emergency unit preferred.
