We are seeking a District Sales Manager to join our team This person is responsible for overseeing all sales activities within a designated geographical district, managing a team of sales representatives to achieve sales targets, and driving revenue growth by developing and implementing strategic sales plans, while ensuring customer satisfaction and compliance with company policies within their territory.



Key Responsibilities:


  • Analyze market trends, customer data, and competitor activity to develop effective sales strategies for the district.
  • Create and implement sales plans, including territory assignments, sales quotas, and promotional initiatives.
  • Monitor sales performance against targets and identify areas for improvement.
  • Build and maintain strong relationships with key customers in the district to ensure customer satisfaction and loyalty.
  • Address customer concerns promptly and effectively to resolve issues and retain business.
  • Identify new business opportunities within the territory and develop strategies to convert them into sales.
  • Track and analyze sales data using CRM tools to identify trends and opportunities for improvement.
  • Manage sales budgets and expenses within assigned parameters.
  • Ensure compliance with company policies, sales procedures, and legal regulations.
  • Provide ongoing sales training and development programs to enhance the skills and knowledge of sales representatives.
  • Share best practices and knowledge within the sales team to drive overall performance.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven track record of success in sales leadership roles, ideally within a similar industry.
  • Strong analytical skills to interpret sales data and make informed decisions.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills to build relationships with customers and team members
  • Ability to motivate and coach sales teams to achieve high performance
  • Strong understanding of sales processes, including lead generation, prospecting, negotiation, and closing techniques
  • Proficiency in CRM software and other sales tools
