Bilingual Sales Representative

Summary/Objective:
The Inside Sales Representative is responsible for developing and fostering relationships with new and existing Stinger customers. This position primarily utilizes the phone, e-mail and other forms of electronic communication to interact with consumers. The role develops sales strategies that promote Stinger brands to achieve increased sales and profitability. This role is best suited for a self-motivated sales hunter who enjoys the process of creating impactful long-lasting sales relationships.
Key Responsibilities:
- Maintain and increase the company’s domestic sales for all product lines through phone calls, e-mails, social media, and trade shows.
- Enthusiastically collaborate with all departments to support the success of Stinger brands.
- Cultivate positive contact with new and existing customers with the intent to favorably develop the business relationship.
- Initiate business with new customers through referrals from existing customers, trade shows, and from general inquires via internet and telephone.
- Develop and increase sales revenue for your assigned region.
- Attend industry shows to interact with customers and promote Stinger.
- Create quarterly sales forecasts.
- Participate in company training programs and sales meetings.
- Engage in technical discussions and training with potential clients to demonstrate Stinger product lines.
- Prepare quotes and contracts for potential customers.
- Maintain all sales quote documentation.
- Communicate daily with outside Phantom (if applicable) to develop strategies and best practices to increase territory sales.
Requirements:
- Self-starter with the ability to meet business demands with limited supervision.
- Results driven.
- Team player
- Customer service expert.
- Product training and presentation experience.
- Utilize Phocas and NetSuite software to keep sales transaction records.
- This position requires the ability to communicate fluently in Spanish.
Require Education and Experience:
- High school diploma or equivalent
- 3+ years of inside sales experience
- 12-volt sales experience preferred but not required
Supervisory Responsibility:
No direct supervisor responsibilities.
Environmental/Physical Requirements:
- May sit or stand for long periods of time
- Crouching, kneeling, standing, walking, pushing, and lifting on a daily basis
- Operating computer, telephone, voicemail and other office equipment regularly
- Must be able to lift up to 25lbs on a regular basis
FLSA Status: Exempt
Hours – Full Time: 9:00 a.m. – 5:00 p.m. (30 minute lunch), Monday – Friday
Position Location: Miami, FL
Travel: Travel 30% visiting customers and attending travel shows
