Role Description

This is a full-time role for a Litigation Attorney. The Attorney will handle civil litigation cases, including insurance defense, construction, representing clients in court, depositions, hearings, trials, reporting and negotiating settlements. The right person would find unlimited growth opportunities.


Qualifications

  • Significant experience in hearings, depositions, and trial work.
  • License to practice law in Texas
  • 2 Plus years of litigation experience
