SW Implementation Specialist / Project Manager

***Need to live within 1-2 hours from King of Prussia area to be considered due to quarterly visit to the office and occasional client visits 2-4 times per year***

Job Overview: We are seeking an experienced SW Implementation Specialist / Project Manager with a SaaS background to lead client migrations from legacy on-prem systems to my clients' cloud-based platform, followed by brand new client implementations.

Key Responsibilities:

• Manage client onboarding, including system configuration, data conversion, and user training.
• Lead project planning, execution, and post-launch support.
• Act as the primary client liaison, ensuring strong relationships and addressing needs.
• Troubleshoot and resolve complex issues.
• Collaborate with Product, Engineering, and Customer Success teams to improve practices.
• Communicate project updates and gather client feedback.

Qualifications:

• 3-5+ years of experience in client onboarding or project management in a SaaS environment.
• Strong project management and implementation skills.
• Excellent problem-solving, communication, and relationship-building abilities.
• Proficiency with Wrike, MS Project, JIRA, CRM systems, and data conversion tools.
• A degree in CompSci, Math, MIS, or Business is preferred, but not required.

Job Details:

• Remote position with occasional client visits (10%) in PA and NJ areas.
• Quarterly office visits.
