Position Overview:

We are seeking a dynamic and motivated Outreach Lead Generating Manager to join our fitness gym team. This role is pivotal in driving our sales and marketing efforts by establishing strong business-to-business partnerships and engaging with the local community. The ideal candidate will be passionate about fitness, possess excellent communication skills, and have a proven track record in lead generation and outreach strategies.


Key Responsibilities:

  • Community Engagement: Actively participate in community events, networking opportunities, and local business gatherings to promote our gym and services.
  • Lead Generation: Develop and implement effective outreach strategies to generate high-quality leads, focusing on both individual and corporate memberships.
  • Partnership Development: Identify and cultivate relationships with local businesses, organizations, and influencers to create mutually beneficial partnerships that drive membership growth.
  • Marketing Initiatives: Collaborate with the marketing team to design and execute promotional campaigns that resonate with the community and attract potential members.
  • Sales Support: Work closely with the sales team to ensure a seamless transition of leads into the sales pipeline, providing them with necessary insights and information.
  • Performance Tracking: Monitor and analyze outreach efforts and lead generation metrics to assess effectiveness and make data-driven adjustments to strategies.
  • Feedback Loop: Gather feedback from community interactions and partnerships to inform product offerings and marketing strategies.


Qualifications:

  • Experience: Proven experience in outreach, lead generation, or sales, preferably in the fitness or wellness industry.
  • Communication Skills: Exceptional verbal and written communication skills, with the ability to engage and persuade diverse audiences.
  • Networking Ability: Strong networking skills with a knack for building and maintaining professional relationships.
  • Self-Motivated: A proactive and self-driven individual who thrives in a fast-paced environment and is comfortable working independently.

Compensation:

• $20-$25/hour + bonuses
