As the Wireless Mobility Senior Telecom Analyst for North America, you will play a key role in supporting client's wireless mobility services and infrastructure. You’ll partner closely with internal teams (Sourcing, Finance, Legal, and HR), telecom carriers, and telecom expense management vendors to maintain and advance our wireless mobility ecosystem. Your expertise in mobile devices, service plans, and telecom project management will help ensure the smooth operation and strategic advancement of client's mobility infrastructure.


Responsibilities

  • Cross-Functional Collaboration: Work with internal teams (e.g., Sourcing, Finance, Legal, HR) and telecom vendors to align wireless mobility services with Client's technology roadmap.
  • Wireless Mobility Support: Support mobile device management (phones/tablets), troubleshoot issues, and handle incoming queries for wireless mobility services.
  • Documentation and Knowledge Management: Write and maintain knowledge base articles related to wireless mobility services.
  • Stakeholder Engagement: Serve as an escalation point, gather end-user feedback, and ensure alignment with business requirements.
  • Process Optimization: Analyze, implement, and refine IT processes to enhance efficiency and user satisfaction.
  • Budget and Project Management: Manage project budgets, track expenditures, and provide accurate project estimates for wireless mobility globally.
  • Vendor and Trend Management: Review optimization reports with telecom vendors, stay current on technology trends, and provide recommendations to optimize services.


Required Skills and Qualifications:

  • Proven success in fast-paced environments with complex technology needs.
  • Background as a Telecom Analyst, IT Consultant, or similar role with demonstrated project management experience.
  • Proficiency with system databases, troubleshooting, and telecom ticket management (ServiceNow experience preferred).
  • Familiarity with wireless mobility services (e.g., mobile phones/tablets, service plans, feature management).
  • Strong verbal and written communication skills with the ability to create presentations for large audiences.
  • Excellent customer service skills with a collaborative and proactive approach to problem-solving.
  • Ability to work with senior leadership and vendors, using strong influencing skills to drive strategic initiatives.
  • ITIL (Information Technology Infrastructure Library) experience is a plus.


Additional Notes

  • ServiceNow: Managing ticket queues and updating knowledge base articles will be part of your day-to-day tasks.
  • Telecom Requests: Handle requests such as carrier changes, line transfers, and RTI (Return to Inventory).
  • Vendor Management: Work with telecom vendors to review optimization reports, implement recommendations, and ensure alignment with organizational goals.
