As a Medicare Insurance Agent, you will be at the forefront of helping seniors navigate the often complex world of healthcare. Your role is pivotal in ensuring that individuals receive the benefits and coverage they need to lead healthy and fulfilling lives.
What You’ll Do:
Assist Medicare Beneficiaries - You will provide crucial guidance to Medicare beneficiaries, helping them understand their coverage options, answer enrollment queries, and address any concerns they may have about their health plans.
Conduct Benefit Comparisons - Using a Medicare-compliant call flow, you'll compare various plans and ensure that clients are well-informed about the benefits and drawbacks of each option.
Guide Through Enrollment - You will walk clients through the enrollment process, making it seamless and stress-free. Your expertise and support will make a significant difference in their decision-making.
Place Clients into Suitable Plans - With access to 7 nationally recognized providers, you'll match clients with the best Medicare Advantage Plans tailored to their individual needs and circumstances.

What We Offer:
- Competitive Pay: $20/hour base salary + $35/sale commissions + bonuses Earn up to $95,000/year
- Weekly Paychecks: Get paid every Friday.

Qualifications:
- Ability to commute to our locations in either Baltimore, MD or Orlando, FL.
- Proficiency with basic computer skills.
- Clean background check.
- English fluency.
- U.S. Citizenship.
Sales Perks:
- Weekly Tier Bonuses: 10 sales = $100; 12 sales = $175; 15 sales = $250; 17+ sales = $400.
- Daily Tier Bonus: 4 sales/day = $50.
- Sales Incentive Games: Bingo, darts, dice, poker, etc. (Opportunity to earn an extra $5 - $25 per sale).
