  • Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Engineering, Data Science or a related field.
  • Proven experience (10-12 yrs) as a Technical Architect/Lead Full-Stack Engineer or a similar role performing applications development and modernization progressing through multiple IT roles (technical and business-facing).
  • Deep hands-on experience/expertise with various front-end across the Java, .NET, Javascript landscape across underlying technologies such as HTML, CSS, React, Angular, Node.js, Next.js, Python running in both cloud and on-premise environments.
  • Data database/platform technologies (cloud and on-premise) such as SQL, MongoDB, AWS RDB, Azure CosmosDB, Google Cloud, Snowflake, Databricks, Azure Synapse.
  • Hands-on familiarity with mobile technologies such as native iOS development, native Android, progressive web apps, and cross platform mobile development using Flutter and React native.
  • Familiarity with integration technologies such as Kafka, Kong, Mulesoft, and Azure API management.
  • Strong knowledge of software engineering principles, design patterns, data structures, testing frameworks, and deployment tools.
  • Excellent communication (internal and client-facing), problem-solving, and organizational skills; ability to work independently or as part of a team.
  • Willingness to learn new technologies and adapt to changing customer needs.
