- Shifts: Nights, with Rotating Weekends

Job Summary: As a Med-Surg RN, you will be responsible for comprehensive patient care, encompassing observation, assessment, nursing diagnosis, planning, intervention, and evaluation. You'll work in a dynamic environment where your skills in health teaching, counseling, and wellness promotion will make a real difference.

Job Responsibilities:
- Conduct patient assessments, including monitoring vital signs, symptoms, and health progress.
- Administer medications and treatments as prescribed and monitor for side effects.
- Collaborate with the healthcare team to develop and implement patient care plans.
- Provide patient and family education on post-hospital care and lifestyle adjustments.
- Ensure documentation is accurate and compliant with hospital standards.
- Respond to patient emergencies with appropriate interventions.
Qualifications:
- Nursing Diploma or ASN required; BSN preferred
- Recent acute care Med-Surg experience mandatory
- Current FL State RN license or compact licensure
- BLS and ACLS certifications
