Position Summary: The Regulatory Affairs Associate will support compliance with regulatory requirements for products within the personal care and beauty industry. This role involves assisting in the preparation of regulatory submissions, maintaining product documentation, and ensuring that products meet all safety and quality standards set by regulatory bodies.

• A solid understanding of regulatory guidelines applicable to cosmetics and personal care products.
• Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Ability to work collaboratively with cross-functional teams.
• Proficiency in Microsoft Office and familiarity with regulatory databases is a plus.
Responsibilities:
Regulatory Compliance
- Assist in the preparation and submission of regulatory documents to ensure compliance with FDA and other regulatory agencies.
- Maintain up-to-date knowledge of industry regulations and best practices, providing insights to internal teams.
- Monitor changes in regulations that may impact product formulations or labeling.
Documentation Management
- Manage and organize product documentation, including ingredient lists, safety data sheets, and formulations.
- Ensure that all product labeling meets regulatory requirements and accurately reflects product information.
Cross-Functional Collaboration
- Collaborate with R&D, marketing, and quality assurance teams to provide regulatory input during product development and marketing initiatives.
- Act as a resource for internal stakeholders regarding regulatory inquiries and compliance issues.
Quality Assurance
- Support quality assurance efforts by ensuring products meet safety and efficacy standards throughout the product lifecycle.
- Participate in audits and inspections related to regulatory compliance.
Requirements:
- Eligibility to work in the USA.
- Valid Driver’s License.
- Bachelor’s Degree in Life Sciences, Regulatory Affairs, or a related field.
- 1-3 years of experience in regulatory affairs or compliance within the cosmetics or personal care industry is preferred.
