When Democratic candidates and organizations need to unite millions of supporters to raise money online, they call us.OVERALL FUNCTIONThe Digital Fellow works directly with our fundraising teams to learn from some of the top strategists in the country.Our fellows assist in the development and execution of cutting-edge digital programs and learn the ins-and-outs of email fundraising from top to bottom.Reports to the Digital Fundraising Manager or designated supervisorKEY RESPONSIBILITIESDrafting fundraising emails and text messagesLearning to code emails and web pages with HTML / CSSBrainstorming content for our clientsQ/Aing digital content and client deliverablesPerform other duties as neededQUALIFICATIONSAre committed to progressive causes and electing Democratic candidates nationwideAre excited to learn basic HTML / CSS codeThrive in a fast-paced environmentHave excellent attention to detailApplicants must be authorized to work in the United States. We are unable to sponsor or take over sponsorship of employment visas at this timeCOMPENSATION:$20 an hourADDITIONAL INFORMATIONTerm: Spring/Summer 2026 - March, or earlier, through JulyFull‑time hours; 40 hours a week. A minimum of 20 hours per week is required.Most spring fellows will commence in late March and end their fellowship in August.Exceptional fellows may be offered an extension or full‑time status.How to apply:Please complete the application and questionnaire, and upload a current resume.
