  • Prepare legal documents (petitions, motions, discovery).
  • Manage case files and ensure accuracy.
  • Assist with trial preparation and client communications.
  • Conduct legal research and draft summaries.
  • Mentor junior paralegals.


Qualifications:

  • 5+ years of paralegal experience, with 3+ years in family law.
  • Strong knowledge of Texas family law.
  • Excellent communication and organizational skills.
  • Proficient in Microsoft Office and legal software.
