We are looking for engineers to be versatile, display a passion for leadership and challenge the status quo. In this role you will deliver solutions that align to the end user as a member of a highly autonomous Scrum Team. You will help create solutions and deliver backlog items in support of a multi-data center, active-active, event-driven platform that is backed by Kafka.

Required Experience:

• Bachelor in Computer Science, related field, or certification from a respected professional software school
• 6-10+ years of Software Development Experience in an Agile environment, Waterfall or hybrid environment
• 6-10+ years of background in software development in Dot Net Framework
• Good knowledge of C# and its core features, including object-oriented concepts, data structures, and algorithms
• Proficiency in SQL querying and database design to interact with relational databases like SQL Server.
• Ability to build dynamic web applications using ASP.NET MVC, WCF, or Web API frameworks to create RESTful services.
• Experience in Cloud Development such as Azure and IaC tools such as Terraform
• Experience in build deployment through CI/CD on Azure DevOps
• Exposure to SOLID, Architectural Patterns, Development Best Practices, Test Driven Development, and use of mocking frameworks
• Experience writing unit and integration tests and effectively troubleshooting application issues.
• Troubleshoot and resolve issues related to Kafka and data processing.
• Security Engineering or Knowledge of OWASP Principles a plus
• Must have the capability and desire to mentor others as well as be willing to learn from other mentors
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to trouble shoot and knowledge about pair programming
• Experience receiving client calls and troubleshooting IT issues or questions
• Excellent communication and teamwork skills
• Experience building in Event Driven Architecture a and orchestration platforms like K8 & Docker is plus
