Best Barber is a queer, barber-owned and operated, gender-neutral grooming salon located on 10th Avenue in Hell's Kitchen.
We are seeking a dedicated and customer-focused Shopkeeper to join our team. Our Shopkeepers facilitate an exceptional client experience, support our busy barbers, and maintain the physical space.
Shopkeepers must provide excellent customer service with utmost professionalism while maintaining relaxed, positive energy in a high-demand environment. Additionally, they are responsible for communicating information clearly and concisely to clients and staff, completing a variety of tasks accurately and efficiently, and keeping the shop clean and organized.
Applicants must possess a high school diploma or equivalent, a strong work ethic, excellent communication skills, attention to detail, and the ability to multitask in a fast-paced environment. Prior customer-facing experience is preferred.
