Job Description:

1.Responsible for providing mental health treatment and case management services.

Services are delivered in the home or community based on the needs and preferences identified by the treatment team.

2.Must be willing/able to work a non-traditional schedule based on the needs of the families served.

3.Must be able to deliver foster care clinical services and implement interventions that fall within the fidelity of the treatment model.

Job Requirements:

1. Must have professional license (either LMSW, LPC or LLP or the respective limited license). - Required

2. Must have master's degree in social work, counseling or psychology. - Required

3. Must have a minimum of 8 months experience in mental health treatment of minors (experience may include clinical internship via master's program). - Required

4. Must have valid driver's license and reliable transportation. - Required

5. Must possess and retain current full, temporary, or limited licensure in the State of Michigan or must obtain state licensure (LLMSW, LLPC, TLLP, LMSW, LPC, LLP)
