As the Purchasing Agent, you will play an important role in supporting the Purchasing Manager is all processes including pre-construction and purchasing phases, ensuring that each project runs smoothly from start to finish.


  • Minimum of 3 years construction industry experience required, home construction a plus
  • Experience with construction build cycles and vendor management
  • Any experience with Brix and / or Hyphen (BuildPro/SupplyPro) preferred but not required
  • Able to research and/or look up change orders, community specs, house plans, etc
  • Collaborate with multiple department and very fast paced work environment
  • Organized, deadline driven with excellent written and verbal communication skills
  • High school diploma or equivalent
