We want to be sure that every day is filled with moments that matter — moments of genuine pleasure, moments of genuine purpose and moments of genuine peace.ResponsibilitiesAdminister nursing care to residents under the direction of a RNAssist with treatments and procedures and carries out selected duties within the framework of the established nursing plan of careAssist in the leadership of a team of C.N.A.'sWhat You Will NeedValid NYS LPN license1+ year of experience as a LPN, but willing to help train the right candidate to further their skills1+ yr working in a skilled nursing facilityExperience working with patients providing dementia careAbility to maintain the highest level of customer service while completing day to day duties and responsibilitiesAbility to communicate effectively in a fast pace work environmentAbility to engage within a team settingPassion to learn, grow and develop in the nursing fieldPay Range: $24.00 - $30.10Pay is based on experience, skills, and education. Exempt positions under the Fair Labor Standards Act (FLSA) will be paid within the base salary equivalent of the stated hourly rates.
